Predator on the Amiga is one of those weird movie tie-ins that barely follows the actual film. You start off with your squad already wiped out—no Arnie cameo here—and you’re just some poor soldier left to fend off scorpions, enemy troops, and the occasional booby trap. At first, you don’t even have a gun, which feels like a cruel joke when everything’s already trying to kill you.
It’s a straightforward platformer—run, jump, shoot—but the Predator itself shows up a few times as this looming boss fight, and those moments actually feel tense. The jungle backdrop looks decent for its time, though you’ll probably be too busy dodging bullets to admire it. Just don’t expect a deep story or anything close to the movie’s plot.
