Predator on the Amiga is one of those weird movie tie-ins that barely follows the actual film. You start off already screwed—your squad’s wiped out, and you’re left scrambling through the jungle with nothing but your fists. At first, it’s just you versus scorpions and the occasional sniper, which feels unfair until you stumble across a gun. Then it clicks.
The levels are straightforward side-scrolling chaos—jump over pits, duck under gunfire, and try not to get shredded by the Predator’s surprise appearances. The first time you see that cloaking flicker, it’s legit tense. Not the deepest platformer, but there’s something satisfying about slowly arming yourself for the final showdown. Just don’t expect Arnie’s one-liners to save you.
