Quick Step! came out for the Atari 2600 in 1983, developed by Telesys. It was one of those games that felt right at home on the system, simple in concept but built for quick, competitive rounds. You don't see many games built around trampoline jumping and color flipping, but it fit the era's experimental spirit.

You control a kangaroo or a squirrel, hopping from one trampoline to the next. Your goal is to flip all the trampolines to your color before your opponent does. You can also jump on your rival's trampolines to revert them to neutral, adding a layer of sabotage. The game speeds up as you progress, making timing and positioning critical. It feels like a race against both the clock and another player, tense and surprisingly tactical for such a straightforward setup.
