You control one of two fighters, switching between them mid-match to extend combos or cover weaknesses. The main goal is to defeat your opponent in best-of-three rounds, using a mix of special moves, super attacks, and partner assists. Signature mechanics include the tag team system, which allows instant character swaps, and the ability to perform dual super moves when both fighters' meters are full. Matches are fast and demanding, with aggressive AI that pushes you to master your team's synergy. It feels like controlling controlled chaos, where every match is a test of timing and teamwork.
