Play Robocop Versus The Terminator Online

Robocop Versus The Terminator on SNES is exactly as ridiculous and awesome as the title suggests. You play as Robocop (obviously) in a dystopian future where Skynet’s rise is somehow his fault—so now you’ve got Terminators, OCP goons, and even time-traveling resistance fighters all gunning for you.

At first, it feels like a standard side-scroller: you walk, jump, and blast everything with your trusty Auto-9 pistol (which, thankfully, never runs out of ammo). But then you start finding heavier weapons—flamethrowers, grenade launchers—and suddenly you’re mowing down T-800s like it’s your day job. Which, for Robocop, it kind of is.

The levels get progressively more chaotic, throwing everything from flying drones to massive boss fights at you. The controls are a little stiff (it is Robocop, after all), but once you get used to it, there’s something satisfying about plodding through Detroit’s ruins, unloading bullets into anything that moves. Just don’t expect the story to make much sense—this is pure ‘90s action-game nonsense, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
