The pixel art is chunky in that perfect early '90s way, and the gunplay feels satisfyingly heavy—every shot from RoboCop’s pistol has real weight behind it. You’ll grab upgrades (because of course you do) and mow down Skynet’s army in levels that somehow cram in more explosions than the movies. It’s not deep, but it’s fast, loud, and exactly the kind of dumb fun you’d expect from a crossover this absurd.
If you grew up with either franchise—or just love old-school side-scrollers where you can shoot first and never ask questions—this one’s a solid time capsule. Just don’t expect a deep story when the real appeal is blasting a T-800 in the face with a shotgun.
