Play Robot Tank TV By Thomas Jentzsch Online
Dual joysticks finally make this tank sim playable—dodging behind hills while lining up shots feels smooth, though the fog still leaves you guessing where those engine noises are coming from.

Game Overview
Robot Tank TV takes the old-school Atari 2600 tank sim and gives it a surprisingly slick twist. Instead of wrestling with the original’s single joystick, you get dual controls—one for movement, one for aiming. Feels way more natural when you’re trying to line up shots while dodging behind hills.
The weather effects still mess with you just like in the 1983 version—fog rolls in and suddenly you’re blind-firing at engine noises. But the new controls make those tense moments way less frustrating. First time I played, I got ambushed because I forgot rain messes with your radar. Classic Atari move.
If you’ve got a soft spot for retro tank games or just want to see how someone breathed new life into a 40-year-old cartridge, this hack’s worth booting up. Just don’t expect the enemies to go easy on you.
