Hard to tell these days) that mashes up Sonic's speed with Ninja Gaiden's brutal platforming. You still get those classic loop-de-loops and corkscrews, but now you're also deflecting shurikens mid-spin and slicing badniks in half. Feels weirdly natural, honestly.

The levels have this cool contrast—bright Sonic-style zones with shadowy ninja hideouts tucked in the background. And the controls? Surprisingly tight for a fan project. Took me a minute to get used to the sword combos, but once it clicks, you're chaining spin-dashes into aerial slashes like some kind of blue hedgehog-ninja hybrid. Music's all crunchy Genesis synth with a few sneaky ninja-themed riffs mixed in. If you've ever wanted to see Sonic parry a laser beam, this is your game.

It's janky in that perfect '90s way, like something you'd rent from a sketchy video store and lose your mind over. Definitely worth a download if you still have your Genesis hooked up.
