Super Mario Bros 3 [p2] (J) is one of those NES games that just feels polished—like they squeezed every last drop out of the hardware. The first thing you notice is how tight the controls are. Mario moves with this perfect weight, not too floaty, not too stiff. And the power-ups? The Tanooki suit is fun, but the Frog suit in water levels is weirdly satisfying once you get used to it.
