Konami released Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fall of the Foot Clan for the Game Boy in 1990. You control one of the four turtles, each with their unique weapon, moving screen by screen through city streets and enemy hideouts. The goal is straightforward: defeat the Foot Clan, rescue April O'Neil, and stop Shredder. You jump over gaps, hit enemies with your katana or nunchaku, and occasionally find hidden items like pizza to restore health. The levels are short but demand attention; enemies swarm from both sides, and some stages introduce light platforming or environmental hazards.
