Tekken: Dark Resurrection on PSP is basically Tekken 5 but juiced up with all the arcade updates and then some. It’s wild how much they packed into this portable version—Armor King and Panda finally got their own moves instead of just being palette swaps, and there are two brand-new fighters to figure out (good luck not getting wrecked by Lili’s weirdly graceful attacks at first).
The stages got a glow-up too—same locations but at different times of day, with some fresh background chaos happening. You can still unlock the original versions if you’re nostalgic, though. Customization’s deeper now; mix and match gear colors instead of being stuck with preset outfits, which is great when you want your Paul to look extra ridiculous.
Beyond the usual fights, there’s bowling (yes, really), a dojo mode that doles out unlockables as you progress, and Gold Rush for quick cash. But the coolest thing? Ghost Mode lets you record your fight style and share it online so others can battle your AI ghost. Nothing like getting your butt kicked by your own habits.
