Play Tongue of the Fatman Online
You control a slobbering mutant who whips enemies with his tongue while the screen fills with disgusting squelch noises—it’s as ridiculous as it sounds.

Tongue of the Fatman came out in 1989 for MS-DOS, developed by Brian A. Rice and published by Electronic Arts. It was one of those oddball fighting games from the era, a time when developers were willing to try just about anything on the platform. It didn't have the polish of bigger titles, but it had a strange charm that made it memorable for those who stumbled upon it.
You control a large, grotesque fighter whose main weapon is his extendable tongue, which you use to whip and grab opponents across a single screen arena. The goal is to defeat a series of bizarre enemies across several rounds to become the champion. Key mechanics include managing your stamina bar to avoid exhaustion, and using a limited supply of food items to regain health between matches. The pacing is deliberate, almost sluggish, and the difficulty can feel unforgiving due to the somewhat clunky controls. Playing it feels like wrestling with a janky, chaotic mess that somehow remains weirdly compelling.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
