Game Overview

Triple Yahtzee came out in 1996 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games series from Hasbro Interactive. It was a solid digital adaptation of the dice game, fitting right in with the straightforward, functional PC games of that era. You didn't need a powerful machine to run it; it was just there to deliver the game without much fuss.

You control the dice rolls across three separate scorecards simultaneously. Your main objective is to fill each column with the best possible combinations, like full houses or straights, to maximize your total score. The signature mechanic is managing all three games at once, forcing you to make constant trade-offs; you might abandon a weak hand on one board to pursue a high-risk Yahtzee on another. The pacing is deliberate but tense, especially as slots fill up and options narrow. It feels like a race against your own luck, where every roll demands a new calculation.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
