Remember those old-school NES wrestling games where everyone moved like stiff action figures? WCW: World Championship Wrestling is that, but with way more personality. You've got all the NWA legends here – Flair with his ridiculous strut, Sting looking like a crow that fell into a paint bucket, even the Road Warriors with their spiked shoulder pads that probably violated several safety regulations.

What's cool is how you customize your moves before each match. You pick four from a list of eight, which means no two players will fight exactly the same way. I always went for the flashy top-rope moves, which... okay, usually ended with me eating canvas, but it looked awesome when it worked. The finishers are brutal – nothing like watching Ric Flair finally lock in that figure-four leg drop when your opponent's barely standing.

Tag team matches get chaotic fast, especially when someone gets thrown out of the ring and starts desperately scrambling to get back in before the count. The isometric view takes some getting used to (I still sometimes punch the wrong direction), but it gives you this great overhead view of all the action.
