Game Overview

Yellow Bros is one of those SNES games that somehow slipped under the radar, but once you start playing, you’ll wonder how you missed it. You control these two little yellow guys—they’re weirdly expressive for just being blobs with legs—and bounce through these chaotic, candy-colored levels. It’s got that classic platformer feel, but with way more slapstick energy. One minute you’re hopping over spikes, the next you’re accidentally shoulder-bumping your co-op partner into a pit (sorry, not sorry).

The controls are tight, but the real magic is in the co-op. You can either work together or quietly sabotage each other—like "accidentally" stealing the invincibility power-up right before a boss fight. The music’s ridiculously catchy, too. I still hum the underground theme sometimes. It’s not a deep game, but it’s the kind of thing you’ll replay just to see who can finish with the most ridiculous deaths. Perfect for when you want something lighthearted but secretly competitive.
