Play 1080 Snowboarding Online

You pick a rider, carve down slopes that feel heavy and unpredictable, and wipe out hard if you mess up a landing. The split-screen races turn into shove-fests when you slam your buddy into a snowbank.

Game Overview

1080° Snowboarding was one of those N64 games that made you feel like you were actually carving through powder—even if you’d never touched a snowboard in real life. You pick from a handful of riders (I always went with the guy in the red jacket) and boards that actually handle differently, then hit the slopes. Some tracks are wide-open speed runs, others twist through trees, and there’s even a half-pipe for pulling off ridiculous tricks like 720s.

What I loved was how weighty everything felt—catching an edge mid-turn could send you tumbling, and landing a trick wrong meant eating snow. The two-player mode was chaotic fun, especially when you’d shoulder-check your friend into a drift. It’s not the most realistic snowboarding game now, but back then, nothing else came close to that rush of nailing a perfect run.
