Download Bio Hazard (J) ROM – SEGA Saturn Game
You creep through a zombie-filled mansion with barely any bullets, solving weird puzzles while the camera suddenly cuts to some new horror. Tank controls and cheesy voice acting make it feel like a time capsule of janky terror.
Game Overview
Bio Hazard (J) on the Sega Saturn is basically Resident Evil before it was called Resident Evil—same creepy mansion, same shuffling zombies, same "why is this door locked?!" panic. The Japanese version has some subtle differences, like slightly gorier death animations and that weirdly stiff tank controls we all secretly love.
You start with barely any ammo, which means a lot of running past zombies you can't afford to shoot. The fixed camera angles make every corner terrifying—you never know when some pale, groaning thing will lurch into frame. And those puzzles? Half the time I was just combining random items hoping something would work.
It’s janky, it’s stressful, and the voice acting is hilariously bad. But that’s kind of the charm. If you miss the days of survival horror where every bullet counted, this one’s a time capsule worth digging up.
