Play Blake Stone: Planet Strike Online

Track down fission detonators to blow up Security Cubes—just mind the blast radius. That map zoom’s clutch for spotting cloaked enemies, but drains power fast when you’re hunting hidden walls.

Game Overview

Blake Stone: Planet Strike feels like a natural step up from Aliens of Gold, but with some neat twists. Instead of hunting for elevator cards, you're tracking down fission detonators to blow up Security Cubes—just don't stand too close when they go off. The levels flow into one continuous campaign this time, and there's something satisfying about watching that little auto-map at the bottom of the screen rotate as you turn corners.

The map zoom is a game-changer—2X reveals cloaked enemies, while 4X burns through power but uncovers hidden walls. I kept forgetting to stock up on magnification units until I got jumped by a morphing alien in a dark hallway. And yeah, there's a new weapon that absolutely shreds, though I won't spoil which one. It's still classic Blake Stone, just with fewer keycards to juggle and more explosions to trigger.

Honestly, the secret levels are worth hunting for—they get properly weird.
