Game Overview
Bomberman 2 on the DS is basically the same chaotic, bomb-dropping fun you remember—just now in your pocket. You start in these tight little maze levels, tossing bombs to blow up walls or (hopefully) your friends. The controls are simple, but timing those explosions just right to trap someone never gets old.
What surprised me was how well the multiplayer holds up. Four players on one DS sounds cramped, but it works—you’re all frantically swiping the touchscreen or mashing buttons while trying not to blow yourself up. Single-player’s fine, but honestly, the real fun is when someone yells after getting caught in their own blast.
If you’ve ever played Bomberman before, you already know whether you’ll like this one.
