So here's the deal: Bomberman II on NES starts with our poor white Bomberman getting framed for a robbery by his shady black counterpart. Next thing you know, he's locked up and has to blast his way out—because what else are you gonna do when you're a walking bomb factory?

The gameplay's tighter than the first game—everything happens on one screen now. You still blow up enemies and hunt for the exit (protip: don't bomb the exit, trust me). The power-ups are clutch—nothing beats that moment when you finally get the wall-passing ability after three failed attempts.

But the real fun kicks in with friends. The new versus mode turns into absolute chaos with two players, and battle mode with three? Pure anarchy. Half the time you're laughing too hard to aim properly.
