Brides of Dracula is this weirdly fun Amiga game where you and a friend (or the CPU) go head-to-head in a split-screen race—one as Van Helsing, the other as Dracula. Helsing’s scrambling around the village grabbing stakes, holy water, and whatever else he can find to stuff in his cupboard, while Dracula’s just trying to turn every woman he meets into a vampire bride. The whole thing’s chaotic because half the villagers want to kill you, depending on which side you’re on.

I love how the hazards are uneven—like, Helsing has to dodge ghouls, but Dracula gets wrecked by priests. The cemetery and village feel cramped and tense, especially when you’re down to your last life and the other player’s already hoarding half their objectives. It’s got that same sneaky, trap-setting vibe as Spy vs. Spy, but with way more garlic.
