Game Overview

Corridor 7: Alien Invasion came out in 1994 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games lineup, developed by Capstone Software. It was one of those mid-90s shooters that tried to stand out in a crowded field, using a modified Wolfenstein 3D engine to render its sci-fi setting. The game didn't break much new ground, but it had a certain gritty charm that appealed to players looking for straightforward action.

You play as a marine sent to clear a research facility overrun by hostile aliens. Your goal is simple: fight through level after level, find keycards to unlock doors, and ultimately destroy the alien hive. The gameplay involves methodical, screen-by-screen exploration; you're constantly checking corners for enemies and searching desks and cabinets for ammo or access codes. The pacing is deliberate, almost slow by today's standards, and the difficulty can feel unforgiving due to limited resources and unpredictable enemy placements. Even with its rough edges, there's a tense, isolating atmosphere that makes each completed level feel like a genuine accomplishment.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
