Play Duke Nukem (Europe) (En,Fr,De,Es,It) Online

Blast aliens on the go with Duke’s pistol and shotgun—it’s got all the cheesy one-liners and cramped platforming you’d expect from a GBC port. The controls take some getting used to, but mowing down enemies still feels satisfying.

Game Overview

Duke Nukem on Game Boy Color is basically a stripped-down, portable version of Duke Nukem II—which honestly works better than you’d expect. You’re still blasting aliens, jumping between platforms, and grabbing power-ups, but now it’s all crammed into that tiny greenish screen. The controls feel a little stiff at first, but once you get used to it, mowing down enemies with the pistol or shotgun is satisfying in that classic 90s way.

It’s got all the cheesy one-liners you’d want ("Eat lead, slimeball!"), though some of the voice samples sound like they were recorded through a tin can. The levels are bite-sized, perfect for quick sessions, though a few of the later stages get unfairly punishing. If you’re into retro run-and-gun action, this one’s a solid time-killer.
