Game Overview

Falcon A.T. is one of those MS-DOS flight sims that somehow makes a chunky pixelated F-16 feel like the real deal. You start up, and within seconds you're wrestling with the stick, trying not to black out during a tight turn while some MiG tries to slot a missile up your tailpipe. No tutorials, no mercy—just the beep of a radar lock and pure panic.

The ground attacks are even worse in the best way. You're skimming treetops at 500 knots, hunting tanks, and suddenly AAA fire starts stitching the sky around you. The first time I played, I crashed more from forgetting to watch my altitude than actual enemy fire. And those blocky explosions? Somehow they still feel satisfying when you finally nail a perfect bomb run.

It’s janky by today’s standards, but there’s something about the way it forces you to think ahead—like managing your fuel while dodging SAMs—that most modern arcade flyers just don’t get. If you’ve got a joystick and a soft spot for ‘90s sims, this one’s worth dusting off.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
