Famicom Mini 15: Dr. Mario is that perfect kind of puzzle game where you think "just one more round" at 2 AM and suddenly it's sunrise. You're dropping colored vitamins onto a grid, trying to match them with the floating viruses, it sounds simple until the speed ramps up and your brain starts working overtime.

The music alone is worth it, that bouncy "Fever" theme somehow makes crushing viruses feel weirdly cheerful. And if you've got a friend nearby, the versus mode turns into this hilarious battle of who can panic-combo faster. The GBA version nails the NES feel, right down to the slightly chunky pixels that somehow add to the charm.

Fair warning: after a few rounds, you'll start spotting virus color patterns in random objects. It's that kind of game.
