You control Mowgli, the man-cub, and your goal is to navigate through the jungle levels to ultimately face Shere Khan. The gameplay involves a lot of screen by screen exploration, swinging on vines to cross gaps, and throwing fruit at enemies like monkeys and vultures. The pacing is deliberate, and the difficulty can be unforgiving, with precise jumps required to avoid bottomless pits. It feels like a constant test of timing and patience, where every successful swing or well-aimed throw brings a small but genuine sense of relief.
