Play Mario’s Early Years: Preschool Fun Online

Mario teaches toddlers shapes while making exaggerated facial expressions—Peach drills basic math, and Luigi gets weirdly intense about color matching. It’s bizarrely wholesome MS-DOS edutainment with that classic ‘90s "why does this exist?" charm.

Game Overview

Remember when Mario traded his overalls for a teaching hat? Mario’s Early Years: Preschool Fun is basically that—a weirdly charming MS-DOS relic where the Mushroom Kingdom crew helps tiny humans learn colors, shapes, and how to count without eating the crayons. Peach turns into a math tutor, Luigi points at color swatches like an overenthusiastic art teacher, and Mario… well, he mostly makes faces so kids can learn what a nose is.

It’s from that mid-’90s era when every franchise suddenly had an "educational" spin-off, and honestly? It’s kind of endearing. The mini-games are dead simple (we’re talking "click the red square" levels of easy), but there’s something surreal about hearing Mario cheer when you correctly identify that triangles have three sides. Not exactly Super Mario World, but if you’ve got a preschooler who thinks Yoshi is the pinnacle of comedy, they’ll probably dig it.

Just don’t expect it to hold your attention unless you’re really nostalgic for pixelated ’90s edutainment.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
