MegaMan Battle Network 6: Cybeast Gregar is the last mainline entry in the series, and honestly? It goes out with a bang. You're back as Lan, running around a new city with MegaMan.exe, but this time, things get wild fast—MegaMan accidentally absorbs data from Gregar, one of two legendary Cybeasts that could wreck the digital world if they wake up. Now he can temporarily "Beast Out," turning into this monstrously powerful version of himself that just shreds enemies. It’s as cool as it sounds.

The combat’s still that slick mix of real-time action and tactical chip selection, but now you can freely switch between Cross forms (no more sacrificing chips for it, thank god). And Beast Mode? It’s basically a "delete everything" button, but you’ve gotta use it smart—it doesn’t last forever. The Navi Customizer’s back too, so you can tweak MegaMan’s abilities to fit your playstyle, whether you’re all about speed or brute force.

If you’ve played the other Battle Network games, this one feels like a polished-up victory lap. Newcomers might miss some lore, but the combat’s so satisfying it doesn’t even matter. Just expect to lose a few hours customizing your folder and hunting down secret chips.
