Combat revolves around selecting and quickly executing "Battle Cards" in real time, which requires both strategic deck building and fast reflexes. The pacing is brisk, with frequent, short battles that keep you on your toes. It feels like a clever mix of action and tactical thinking, where every encounter is a quick puzzle to solve.
