You control one of two teenage mutants, either Zack or Kelly, as you fight through city streets overrun by grotesque, transformed citizens. Your goal is to reach the source of the mutation and put a stop to it. Enemies swarm constantly, and the pacing is relentless, with large, multi-part bosses waiting at the end of each stage. It feels like a frantic, messy scramble from start to finish.
