Game Overview

Ever played an NES game where you actually feel like a ninja? Ninja Cop Saizou nails that vibe—you sneak through shadows, vanish into thin air, and slice up enemies before they even spot you. The first level throws you right into it: dodging arrow traps, climbing walls, and figuring out when to go invisible (hint: do it a lot).

It’s got that classic Ninja Gaiden energy but with way more stealth—like if someone mashed up a platformer and Metal Gear on an 8-bit console. The controls are sharp, but yeah, it’s tough. You’ll die a bunch learning enemy patterns, especially when those ninja dogs show up. Still, pulling off a perfect no-detection run feels amazing.

Definitely one of those "how did I miss this?" NES games. Just keep your shurikens stocked.
