Game Overview
Pang Pom's is one of those arcade games that looks simple until you actually play it. You're stuck in a single screen with a bunch of balloons, and your only job is to pop them all by jumping and kicking—sounds easy, right? Nope. Some balloons hide enemies that'll mess up your rhythm, while others drop power-ups like a jetpack (suddenly you're bouncing halfway up the screen) or a star that turns you briefly invincible. The clock power-up is my favorite—freezing everything for a few seconds feels like cheating, in the best way.
It's got that perfect balance of chaos and control, where one wrong jump can send you into a crowd of enemies, but nailing a tricky balloon chain feels amazing. You'll probably fail a lot at first, but in that classic arcade way where you immediately want to try again. The stages get wilder as you go, with balloons in sneaky spots or bouncing around unpredictably. It's the kind of game you play for "just one more level" and suddenly an hour's gone.
