Play Pipe Dream on Msdos Online
Frantic pipe-placing panic—neon goo creeps closer while you scramble to connect pieces before it spills. Mess up and you'll instantly rage-restart.

Pipe Dream was released in 1989 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games series by The Assembly Line, a time when puzzle games were often simple in concept but demanding in execution. It arrived on a platform where many players were just beginning to explore what computer games could do beyond text adventures and early platformers.
You control a cursor to place pre-selected pipe segments on a grid, racing against a steadily flowing substance called Flooz. Your goal is to build a continuous path from the start valve to the exit before the Flooz overtakes any gaps. The game requires quick planning under pressure, as misplacing a single piece can force an immediate restart. Each screen presents a new layout with limited pipe types, demanding both speed and foresight. It feels like a tense battle against the clock where every second of hesitation costs you.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
