Play Power Spike - Pro Beach Volleyball Online

Pick a pro team, dive in the sand, and spike your way through tournaments—those tiny pixels somehow nail the chaos of real beach volleyball. Link up with a friend and the pixelated trash talk writes itself.

Game Overview

Power Spike: Pro Beach Volleyball on Game Boy Color is basically the portable version of the console game—same pro players, same beach vibes, just crammed into that little cartridge. You’ve got 11 real-life teams (six men’s, five women’s) to pick from, and the controls are simple but take a sec to get used to: A for bumping, setting, spiking, and B for jumping or blocking. The side-scrolling view makes it feel like you’re actually running around in the sand, even if the pixels are tiny.

There’s a quick single match if you just wanna mess around, but the championship mode is where it gets good—win tournaments to unlock hidden courts and extra modes. The two-player versus is fun if you’ve got a friend with a link cable (and another Game Boy, obviously). It’s not the deepest volleyball sim, but for a GBC game, the animations are surprisingly smooth when you pull off a solid spike.
