Play Prince of Persia (Europe) on snes Online

Dodge guards, chug potions to buy time, and pray you nail those pixel-perfect jumps—one slip and it's spikes or a sword in your gut. That rotoscoped animation still feels slick decades later.

Game Overview

Prince of Persia on SNES is that classic platformer where you’re a nimble prince trying to escape a dungeon in under an hour—no pressure, right? The animation was mind-blowing for its time, with fluid sword fights and those tense jumps where you barely grab the ledge. One wrong move and you’re impaled on spikes, which happened to me way too often.

It’s got this weirdly satisfying rhythm: dodge guards, chug potions to extend your timer, and memorize trap patterns. The music’s minimal but tense, like it’s counting down with you. Fun fact: the prince’s movements were rotoscoped from real footage of the creator’s brother running and jumping. Still holds up if you’re into old-school challenge.
