Game Overview

Ren & Stimpy: Time Warp on SNES is exactly as chaotic as the show—which means it’s either brilliant or completely unhinged, depending on how much you love these two idiots. You start off winning a time machine (because of course you do), and immediately everything goes wrong. Muddy Mudskipper shows up being his usual slimy self, and suddenly you’re jumping through weirdly detailed levels based on actual episodes. The animation’s surprisingly smooth for an SNES game, and yeah, those are the real voices—Ren’s screeching never gets old.

It’s a side-scroller, but half the fun is just seeing what bizarre item or character pops up next. Some levels feel like they were designed by someone who had too much sugar, in the best way. Two-player mode is pure chaos—expect a lot of yelling when one of you accidentally yeets the other into a pit. And yeah, there are multiple endings, but let’s be real: you’re probably here to whack things with a giant mallet while Stimpy giggles uncontrollably. Mission accomplished.
