Game Overview

So you crash-landed on this planet, right? Turns out it's overrun with trigger-happy apes who really don't like humans. Your only shot is to fight your way to the last human outpost, but it's not gonna be easy.

First you're dodging chimps in the forest (they're mostly harmless, but annoying), then you hit the river where orangutans will straight-up cage you if they catch you. Gorillas? Yeah, they'll either capture you or just blast you on sight. The village is a nightmare—every corner has some ape waiting to ruin your day.

Then comes the desert, and after that, the poison caves. No apes there, but the air's toxic—your health ticks down every second, and half the exits just loop you back to earlier areas. First time I played, I got stuck in that maze for ages before realizing I'd gone in circles.

If you actually make it to the stronghold, congrats! You get a quick victory screen... and then it dumps you right back into the forest, but now everything's faster and meaner. Classic Atari difficulty spike.
