Shrek - Smash n' Crash Racing is exactly what it sounds like: a chaotic, cartoony kart racer where you get to wreck stuff as your favorite swamp-dwelling ogre. The tracks are packed with shortcuts, destructible objects, and power-ups that feel straight out of the movies—like Donkey’s annoying chatter as a projectile weapon. It’s not exactly Mario Kart, but there’s something weirdly satisfying about plowing through a pumpkin patch as Puss in Boots.
The controls are simple enough that you’ll be drifting around turns within a race or two, though the AI can be brutal if you’re not careful. My first few races ended with me getting pelted by fairy godmother spells at the worst possible moments. Still, unlocking all the characters (even the random ones like the Three Little Pigs) kept me coming back. It’s dumb fun, but in the best way.
