You pick from these chunky, slightly exaggerated rally cars—each with its own weird handling quirks—and then you’re immediately thrown into tight, winding tracks with way too many hairpin turns. The drift mechanics are forgiving enough that you can slide around corners without instantly spinning out, but you’ll still eat dirt if you get too cocky.

What I love is how the split-screen mode turns it into this frantic shouting match with a friend. One of you always ends up clipping a barrier at full speed while the other barely scrapes by. The tracks get seriously punishing later on, with sudden weather changes and obstacles that feel borderline unfair—in the best way possible. It’s pure arcade nonsense, and I mean that as a compliment.
