Game Overview

Space Station Oblivion came out in 1987 from Incentive Software, a title that fit right in with the moody, exploratory games of the MS-DOS era. It didn't rely on flashy graphics; instead, it built its atmosphere through sound and isolation, pulling you into a derelict station that felt genuinely abandoned and dangerous.

You control a lone astronaut tasked with reactivating the station's failing systems while avoiding or confronting the mutated crew. The main goal involves navigating room by room, solving simple environmental puzzles, and collecting key items to progress. Combat is tense but basic, often requiring quick retreats more than skillful attacks. The pacing is deliberate, sometimes slow, which amplifies the feeling of vulnerability. Playing it feels like being truly alone in a dark, echoing metal maze where every distant noise puts you on edge.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
