Play Super Mario 64 DS (J) Online
You start as Yoshi this time, bouncing around Peach’s castle with that flutter jump before unlocking Mario, Luigi, and Wario—each moves differently, like Luigi’s floaty jumps or Wario’s heavy stomps. Still the same star hunting in weird little worlds, just now with touch controls that feel weird at first but kinda work.

Game Overview
Super Mario 64 DS takes the N64 classic and squeezes it into your pocket—somehow it still feels just as big. You start off as Yoshi this time, which threw me at first, but bouncing around Peach’s castle grounds with that flutter jump feels surprisingly natural. The touch screen controls take a minute to get used to (I kept accidentally sliding into walls), but once it clicks, you’re hopping between paintings into those weirdly satisfying 3D worlds all over again.
What’s cool is you eventually unlock Mario, Luigi, and Wario—each handles differently, like Luigi’s ridiculous high jumps or Wario’s weirdly satisfying ground pounds. The extra minigames feel like a bonus, especially when you just want to mess around with the stylus. It’s still the same star-collecting chaos, just now with slightly sharper visuals and the ability to lose hours on a bus ride.
