Download Super Street Fighter II - The New Challengers_Disk3 ROM – Amiga Game
Fan-made Amiga adaptation of Street Fighter II. Features one-on-one fights with a roster of unique characters, special moves, and two-player duels. Released in 1995.
Game Overview
Super Street Fighter II on the Amiga was one of those games that felt like a miracle at the time—how did they cram all those characters and flashy moves into this version? The Disk 3 part makes me laugh now, because yeah, you definitely needed multiple floppies just to load the whole thing. Chun-Li’s spinning bird kick still looked surprisingly smooth, though, and the sound effects had that satisfying crunch when punches landed.
I remember spending way too long trying to figure out Dee Jay’s special moves, only to give up and button-mash with Blanka instead. The Amiga port wasn’t perfect—some stages looked a little rough—but when you got two players going, none of that mattered. It was pure arcade chaos, just with more disk-swapping.
