Game Overview
Super Street Fighter II on the Amiga—specifically Disk 4—was a bit of a beast to get running back in the day. If you managed to load it without the usual floppy drive groans, you were treated to the expanded roster with newcomers like Cammy and Fei Long. The sprites were chunky but full of personality, and the controls somehow made pulling off a dragon punch feel like a minor victory.
It wasn’t arcade-perfect, but the Amiga version had its own charm. The music tried its best with the hardware, and if you had a buddy with a second joystick, the couch battles got seriously intense. Just don’t expect the buttery smoothness of the SNES port.
