Play Tennis Elbow Online
You whack pixelated tennis balls with weirdly precise physics, cursing at AI opponents who actually play dirty—next thing you know, your keyboard’s covered in sweat and it’s 3 AM.

Tennis Elbow came out in 1996 for MS-DOS, developed by Mana Games. It was one of those late-era DOS sports titles that didn't try to be flashy; it just focused on delivering a solid, no-frills tennis simulation. You'd load it up after school or work, and it felt right at home on a beige box monitor, a straightforward game in an era just before 3D accelerators changed everything.
You control a single tennis player from a fixed side view, moving them with the keyboard to hit the ball. The main objective is to win matches by outscoring increasingly difficult AI opponents. The game's signature mechanics include its surprisingly deep ball physics, which account for spin and bounce, and a stamina system that forces you to manage your player's energy between points. Matches are fast and demanding, with the AI making very few unforced errors. It feels tense and rewarding, like you're actually thinking three shots ahead on every rally.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
