Game Overview

Zelda No Densetsu - Mujura No Kamen (Majora’s Mask, if you’re not into the Japanese title) is one of those N64 games that sticks with you. Right from the start, you’re thrown into Termina—a weird, slightly unsettling place where the moon is literally about to crash into the world in three days. And yeah, you can reset time, but that doesn’t make it any less stressful when you’re halfway through a dungeon and the clock’s ticking.

What makes it special? The masks. You collect these things that transform you—into a Deku Scrub, a Goron, a Zora—and each one completely changes how you move, fight, and solve puzzles. The side quests are where the game really shines, though. Helping these oddly tragic characters before time resets again gives the whole thing this weird, bittersweet vibe.

It’s not just another Zelda game. It’s darker, weirder, and honestly, a little sad sometimes. But that’s why people still talk about it 20 years later.
