ALF: The First Adventure came out in 1987 for MS-DOS, developed by Alien Productions. It was part of that wave of licensed games from the era, trying to capture the sitcom's humor on home computers. You don't get a sprawling epic; it's a straightforward arcade-style maze game built around the character's premise.

You control ALF himself, navigating a series of single-screen stages. Your goal is to collect all the pieces of your spaceship while also grabbing pizza slices for points, all before Willie Tanner or his patrolling cats catch you. The mazes are tight, requiring quick turns and careful timing to avoid enemies. It's fast and surprisingly difficult, with the small screens leaving little room for error. Playing it feels like a hectic race against very persistent homeowners.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
