Play Arcade Pool Online
Line up tricky bank shots with surprisingly decent physics while the devs poke fun at their own team in the AI opponents' names. That '94 pool table somehow still feels good to nudge balls around.

Arcade Pool came out in 1994 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games series, developed by Team17. It was a straightforward take on pool and snooker for its time, fitting right in with the kind of pick-up-and-play titles that did well on home computers back then. The presentation was clean, the options were solid, and it didn't try to overcomplicate things.
You control the cue from an overhead view, carefully positioning it for each shot. The main goal is simple: clear the table by pocketing all your assigned balls, then sink the eight ball to win. The game's physics feel weighty and deliberate; you spend a lot of time judging angles, planning two or three shots ahead, and adjusting for spin. Matches move at a thoughtful pace, and the AI offers a decent challenge without feeling cheap. Itโs a game that rewards patience and a steady hand, and lining up a perfect long pot still delivers a quiet sense of satisfaction.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
