Game Overview

Balloon Challenge is one of those MS-DOS games that somehow sticks in your brain decades later. You’re just floating a balloon—sounds simple, right? But then the birds show up, the wind starts messing with you, and suddenly you’re white-knuckling the keyboard trying not to pop against a cactus.

The controls are dead simple—arrow keys and a prayer—but the challenge ramps up fast. One minute you’re lazily drifting, the next you’re threading between spinning gears while a storm shoves you sideways. It’s got that old-school magic where failing feels fair, so you immediately hit restart instead of rage-quitting.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
