Download Battle Cos-Player Disc 1 (J) ROM – SEGA Saturn Game

Pick a cosplayer—pirate, ninja, knight—and brawl in ridiculous convention stages where the pirate swings an anchor and the ninja actually teleports. It’s janky but the combos feel weirdly good once you get the timing down.

Game Overview

Battle Cos-Player Disc 1 is one of those weird, charming Saturn fighters that never left Japan—and honestly, it’s a shame. You pick from a roster of cosplayers (a pirate, a ninja, a knight, etc.), each with moves that actually match their costumes. The pirate swings an anchor, the ninja throws shurikens—it’s silly but weirdly well-animated for a niche fighter.

The stages are these over-the-top convention-like settings, complete with cheering crowds in the background. At first, I thought it’d just be a gimmick, but the combat’s surprisingly solid—chain combos, counters, even a desperation move if your health’s low. The ninja’s teleport still trips me up sometimes.

If you’re into obscure 90s fighters or just love that era’s janky creativity, this one’s a blast. Just don’t expect Street Fighter-level polish.
