Play Bio Menace Online
You crash-land into mutant-infested streets, blasting through subway tunnels with bouncing grenades and laser guns while hunting for hidden keycards. The pixel art oozes that grimy '90s action vibe.

Bio Menace came out in 1993, part of that wave of MS-DOS shareware titles from Apogee Software. It was a side-scrolling action game that fit right in with the era, offering fast-paced, screen-by-screen combat without a lot of frills. You played as Snake Logan, a special forces soldier dropped into a city overrun by mutants.
You control Snake through maze-like urban and underground environments, shooting mutants, dodging traps, and hunting for keycards to unlock new areas. The action is constant; youโre always jumping over pits, firing grenades that bounce around corners, or switching weapons to handle different enemies. The pacing is brisk, and the difficulty can spike in later levels, but it never feels unfair. Playing it feels like diving into a chaotic, energetic cartoon where every screen demands quick reflexes and sharp aim.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
